Role and Responsibilities:

  • Complete various complex data analysis using Excel and/or SQL
  • Research and solve customer support cases via web, email, and phone
  • Work closely with the development team to replicate and resolve problems
  • Provide solutions to help customers optimize the use of their Bay Bridge software
  • Document all information pertaining to customer cases
  • Monitor support cases/issues and ensure timely response
  • Develop customer relationships
  • Develop and continuously improve processes and procedures for customer support
  • Organize and assist conducting training courses
  • Compile and maintain technical training materials
  • Occasional travel for customer visits

Experience:

  • Strong technical skills including:
    • Expert knowledge of Excel
    • Working knowledge of SQL databases
    • Statistical knowledge preferred
    • Financial knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of call center industry a plus but not required

Education:

  • B.A., B.S., or M.S degree in a technical field, industrial engineering preferred

Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our fast growing contact center software application firm as a full-time field-based Regional Sales Manager.

Responsibilities include proactively selling the CenterBridge family of contact center strategic planning applications, creating and executing territory development plans, prospecting and identifying new account opportunities, cultivating prospective customer opportunities sourced by Inside Sales resources, delivering effective presentations and demonstrations, CRM from lead inception to deal close, and delivering monthly sales forecasts and reports.

Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years experience in large-dollar software sales to telephone contact buyers and knowledge of contact center operations and software.

Operations Analyst

We are seeking a full-time, talented engineer/analyst to work on complex decision support problems and systems.

Some responsibilities include completing various complex data analysis; organizing, running, building, and validating simulation models; researching and solving customer support cases via web, email, and phone; and compiling and maintaining technical training materials. This position requires occasional travel for customer visits.

Qualifications include strong technical skills including expert knowledge of Excel, working knowledge of SQL databases, and simulation. Statistical knowledge and optimization background preferred. B.A., B.S., or M.S. degree in a technical field is required. Industrial engineering preferred.
