John Soderlund, Chairman

John Soderlund is one of the founders of Bay Bridge Decision Technologies and serves as its Chairman. Prior to founding Bay Bridge, John was President and Chief Executive Officer of Partners First Holdings, LLC, and was the driving force behind establishing the joint venture that created Partners First. John was responsible for setting Partners First's strategic plan and directing all aspects of the Company's operations

Before joining Partners First, John served as a Managing Director of First Annapolis Consulting, First Annapolis Capital and First Annapolis Marketing Information Services (FAMIS); and as a member of the Board of Directors of each. John was responsible for the creation and management of FAMIS, a data management, data mining and model development company. In addition, John's strategy and management consulting practice at First Annapolis Consulting focused on assisting financial services and payment systems companies in applying information technology and quantitative methods toward achieving competitive advantage.

In prior roles, John had seven years of strategic management consulting experience as a Managing Partner and Director of Furash & Company. He also was Director of Strategic Planning for the May Department Store Company, Assistant Vice President and Manager of Strategic Planning for RepublicBank Corporation, Manager of Asset and Liability Management for Southwest Bancshares, and a Financial Analyst for Chemical Bank.

John received his M.S. in Industrial Administration from Carnegie-Mellon's Graduate School of Industrial Administration and his B.S. in Administration and Management Science, and Economics from Carnegie-Mellon University.
